It’s awesome to have the children back, the place is extremely quiet without them; I think they are happy to be back too.

The children are really looking forward to getting stuck into our newly created curriculum and all the jam packed activities that we have to do. Think a personal favourite from some of the children was creating and making their very own Turkish delight. We will be focusing on the book, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe and making those links with evacuees in WW2.

A big focus is our reading this term and the awesome ‘100 book challenge’ is in full flow, there is a reward of £50 if any child can complete it, this is a tricky task and the children must persevere if they are to win the challenge.

Another bit of excitement is our new ‘incredible’ work wall, they have upped their game and fighting to get on it.
